PRIVACY
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data, Sutter wishes to inform you that:

1. The personal data freely supplied to us by the completion of this form will be recorded on protected electronic supports and treated confidentially by Sutter for its own institutional purposes, connected and instrumental to the activities of the company and for bringing to your attention informative, advertising or promotional material.

2. In accordance with the cited law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

The confirmation of information implies your consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 on data protection on the part of Sutter, who pledges to use the information received only for your records and to not disclose them in any circumstances to other individuals or databases.

Knowledge of the data may be acquired by the Data Processing Managers, as well as employees of the Company, working for the Consumer Service and identified as Appointees.

You may, at any time and with no charge, consult, extend, modify or delete your data, or oppose, in whole or in part, its use for the purposes described in paragraph 1, by writing to the data controller Dr.Aldo Sutter or by sending a fax to 0143-69419.

You may contact the above data controller in order to assert your rights as provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

Art. 13 - Rights of the interested party

1. With regard to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right:
a. to know, through free access to the records referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a), of the existence of any processing of data that may concern him/her
b. to be informed regarding the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h);
c. to obtain from the controller without delay:
i. confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and the communication, in an intelligible form, of the data and its origin, as well as the logic and purposes upon which the treatment is based; the request can be renewed, unless prevented by justified reasons, after an interval of at least ninety days;
ii. the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
iii. the updating, rectification or, where relevant, extension of data;
iv. confirmation that the operations referred to in numbers (2) and (3), including the content, have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data was disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires the adoption of manifestly disproportionate measures with respect to the protected right;
d. to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purposes of its collection;
e. to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him/her for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communications and to be informed by the controller, not later than the time at which the data is communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of freely exercising this right.

2. For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), if there no confirmed existence of data concerning the interested party, he/she may be asked to contribute expenses, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in accordance with the methods and within the limits set by the rules of art. 33, paragraph 5.

3. The rights referred to in paragraph 1 on personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested.

4. In the exercising of the rights referred to in paragraph 1, the interested party may grant, in writing, delegation or proxy to physical persons or associations.

5. There is no change in the regulations on the professional secrecy of those active in the profession of journalism, limited to the area of news sources.
